Extremely rude and unprofessional. I had scheduled a “howdy-do” day for my one-year-old pup after speaking to someone on the phone about my concerns that she hadn’t been around a ton of other dogs, and I had asked if there was anything I should do first to warm her up. The lady on the phone was nice enough and assured me that my pup would be fine and that they would let her get used to her environment and introduce dogs one at a time until the new pup is comfortable.
