Worst service.
I have been a sitter with Rover for years, and the company's customer support and contractor support is horrible. My dog was attacked by a rover dog and inevitably had to be put down when they refused to help further. They commit tax fraud as well. I recommend finding a sitter privately because they are an all around HORRIBLE company to work for, and provide no support. They take 20% PLUS a 10% "service fee" PLUS charge tax on the total amount so effectively taking 30-40% away from the sitters who do ALL of the work. This is... read more
