5 star review. Kevin was our technician that visited us and wow this guy knows his stuff. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. He waited for me to get home because we had missed a previous visit in the past due to timing issues. He set up some traps and explained to me the patterns of various types of pests we were dealing with that he could pinpoint due to evidence left behind. I genuinely could talk to him all day about pest control among other things.
On time, on topic. Took care of all our bait stations and added some more to help control our uninvited guests. Great job, Mike!
We have had Rove Pest Services for about a year. We asked them to take care of a hornets nest, but we were signed up for a contract. We were willing to engage because of our location and our likelihood of having pest issues. Things went poorly when they put bait behind our vents and something died there. The smell was atrocious. We asked them to come back out and they told us they would not remove it, and we had to wait it out.
