We purchased the mini-splits for heat and AC for just over $50K and they installed them but then they stopped working after 8 months. We emailed the service people and the installer. We couldn't get anyone to come out for weeks. Then we finally got someone who said it was a fluke thing and fixed it. Again about 4 and a half months later, they stopped working again.
