Hello. I have changed my rating due to recent treatment of my in laws. Although this doctor was great in the past, he really went above and beyond to be petty when my father in law decided to go with another provider. Dr Rouzroch contacted the pharmacy BEFORE the new provider was activated. This doctor also did not disclose certain medical conditions either. I gave him 3 stars.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. R. From the first consultation, it was clear that they truly care about their patients. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed and explained my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. It is rare to find a doctor with such a great bedside manner and genuine empathy. Also, Cheryl and Mimo are wonderful ladies. Super helpful!
This visit was a huge waste of time and it was really disappointing. The staff were nice, but the doctor barely spoke to me and only met with me for a few seconds before ushering me back to the waiting room.
