I stupidly went to a Valvoline (Leominster) for an oil change and they cracked my filter cover housing cap. Oil leaked into my driveway and all over my skid plate (see pictures). I called Paul Roux and he looked at my Sequoia the same day. He replaced the housing cap with an aluminum one and did another oil change for me. He even cleaned up the skid plate that Valvoline covered in oil! The oil change and replacement part still cost me $35 LESS than what Valvoline charged for just the oil change.
