Family orientated business. They do a true diagnostic here. Other mechanics plug computer and change parts. Ken is not a part changer. I am very satisfied.
We tow the truck at this shop thinking that the compressor is bad. We even order the part from Freightliner to be brought to their shop. They claim that they replace the air compressor but the truck will not build air. Then they do additional diagnostic, and they said the dryer is bad and needs to be replaced. We did give them approval. We called about the core, the old compressor to be shipped back to the dealer so we can get money back for the core, they said we cant find it, we need to look for it, and after couple of wee... read more
I had the unfortunate experience of being stranded in Louisiana when my diesel pusher RV fan broke and put a hole in my radiator. Being a 72 year old female, traveling alone I found my misfortune turning into a very fortunate experience when I found Kenny at Roux-Ga-Roux.
