Nope. Rides around town with his beautiful dog hanging out of the back of the truck - so dangerous. Saw him try to lung at a passerby - this just feels like the most unsafe inconsiderate thing to do to a dog. His safety is obviously of no concern to this driver. Going with another choice for my stump removal needs.
