We were able to watch the team roping!! What a cool rodeo arena. Looking forward to more events!!
If you know what to expect than this place gets the job done!!! There is ZERO WiFi available! There is ZERO staff available. There is ZERO amenities available! There is ZERO security-which can be unnerving at night if you’re traveling alone! But they have full hookups and level concrete pads about 30 minutes from Steamboat Springs! As long as you know what you’re getting into-it’s great! Just don’t expect much. Even for a county fairgrounds RV park-it’s pretty sparse!
This is the worst fairground rv park I have stayed at! I was supposed to be there 5 nights and I left after the first even though they don’t give refunds. The water pressure was bad and the water had a brown tinge to it. They charged for showers, and there was no other amenities. Also when I booked it the website said my rv spot had partial shade.
