I was very happy with the service, my car was diagnosed and I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. Diane in the office was efficient, and pleasant to deal with. I will bring my car to Route 83 Auto Center again.
I brought my BMW X3 in for rear coils and shocks. Thought I would give them a shot at my business. Got vehicle back and the steering wheel way off and not centered. Was centered when brought in. Called and spoke with Diane and said we didn't do anything with steering. Talked to owner and said make an appointment for next week. Very disappointed that they didn't realize that after installation you need 4 wheel alignment plus should of had me come in right away. Since then I've had more noises coming from the rear of my car. Have been doing business with Route 83 for a number of years now. Lisa, Diane, Kevin and all the employees are always courteous and helpful for anything I need with my vehicle. The vehicle check for everything (tires, brakes, etc) with every oil change gives me reassurance that everything is in great working order. Thanks for all you do!!!
Amazing end result!! We could not be happier. We threw quite the challenge at him and he exceeded all expectations
