We were set up to have solar panels installed via ILSFA in the summer of 25. After not hearing from Route 66 for several weeks, I called and asked for an update. Was told that Trump's Big Beautiful Bill canceled the program. I did some research to learn that while the BBB canceled federal programs, it did not cancel ILSFA. Let me first start by saying the system seems to finally be working well, and each person I have interacted with has been kind and respectful throughout the process. The downside: Upon installation (late July) our yard, driveway and landscaping plants were destroyed to the point of total removal. They promised to make sure everything was put back and leveled out.
