We got panels put in October ‘25. We have had some issues from solar panels not producing power randomly or our batteries not storing power correctly. Route 66 has helped us with these but here is where our frustration comes in. Their ads come through on my TV and I hear things about always talking to the owner(s) and welcoming service. Outstanding service from the start. Installation was easy because the crew was well skilled and responsive to any questions. Top quality employees and the end result shows it. Very happy.
I contacted Rt 66 Solar a week ago and set up a meeting to see about getting solar installed on my house. I actually have three houses that I am interested in getting solar for. They decided this morning that they would not even look into getting solar for me. They canceled the meeting. Saying it is not advantageous for me. I'm sorry a bill for $1000 in electric will benefit from solar. They wasted a week of my time. Do not give them any of your time. Find a different company who will actually do the work.
Mike in sales was awesome any question we have were answered. The crew that reviewed and set up were amazing. Our panels look great. I could not say enough good things about the company. The entire staff was respectful knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend
The people I have worked with on our solar project have been wonderful. The installing crew were polite and set to work as soon as they got to our home. The system was set up and completed same day (our system is not as big as some). We were given an app that we could use to see how much power we are generating and using.
