I hate leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately this groom ended up costing us hundreds of dollars in vet bills. Our vet said there may have been non sterile clippers used on our dog
We take our three Frenchies to get their nails cut here. Great job, great people and great prices.
Decided to “rotate dogs” so my 7lb dog took 3 hours to do when it only took 40 minutes the last two times. It should never take 3 hours to do a dog and it was completely disrespectful of my time. Then said it was my fault I didn’t ask for an “in and out” when it didn’t take 3 hours the last few times and I never asked for anything special then. When I asked why that was they said it was because it depends on how many dogs they had and I had to pay extra if I wanted it to be less than 3 hours. So basically they overbook thems... read more
