Honestly I hate I ever purchased their extended warranty. The person who was in charge of my claim did not call the repair shop so I had to call Route 66 and three way call the shop to get them in contact work each other. While they were explaining what was wrong with my car the adjuster with Route 66 thought he heard the mechanic say something and before the mechanic could finish speaking he cut him off saying they would not pay for the repairs. This insurance is a total SCAM they cover nothing that needs to be covered and if they do it’s overly expensive
