They were super quick and very thorough! Updated: I wanted to like this company because the technicians were kind and courteous, but I gave them way too much grace. They ended up coming to my house 6 times and finally diagnosed it as a blown compressor, then recommended a new unit. I spent $1,500 over the course of those visits with no resolution.
