My cousin took her 3-year-old car to this car wash business for a clean before the arrival of her baby, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing and stressful — especially being heavily pregnant and only two weeks away from giving birth. Absolutely disappointed with the service I received here. I paid $150 for what was supposed to be a professional steam clean/detail, however my car was returned still dirty with food marks and grime visibly left on seats, door handles and throughout the interior. The biggest issue was the amount of water left inside the vehicle. The carpets and floors were completely soaking wet to the point water was squeezing out when stepping into the car. Absolutely horrible and unbelievable, disgusting customer service. Listen to the reviews. I went there for a basic external wash. I told the guy specifically not to put any wax and asked him if the shampoo was ceramic coating safe. He said yes it was safe and he said he wouldn’t use any wax. i come back after 2 hours, and realise it was a horrible wash job. When i went to pay, i asked him about the $30 on the board and why he charged me $50. He said it was because he did the door jambs. $20 for wiping the door? are you serio... read more
Was charged different prices compared to what was on the board and the reasons the guy gave was crazy. $20 extra to wipe door jams a service which should already be included in a detail. Seriously $20 extra to wipe door jams!!?? Work wasn’t even done good overload of tyre shine and it sprayed all over the car. The guy was extremely unprofessional and made up random excuses after i told him im a detailer myself. Worst place to leave your car i learned the hard way don't do it.
