What a great place, David is a great mechanic and the Owner Brooks hooked me up and got me taken care of in a timely manner. These guys know their stuff. And got me in and out on a front Tire change and Balance as well as a clutch adjustment. Appreciate it! Highly recommend this place to any Indian or Harley owner!
a little hard to find (first time in) didn't have the 20w40 I was needing but they were really quick and friendly, so 5 star
Prices were outrageous to the point my insurance was questioning and refusing to pay for a diagnoses fee that had nothing to do with the repairs. Incorrect parts were ordered not once but twice, the shop charges an unnecessary “diagnostic” fee of $300+ on an all cosmetic repair fix. My bike was in the shop for TWO AND A HALF MONTHS due to once again incorrect parts ordered. Tried to do business with Brooks, but there was a complete failure of communication with him. He requested for me to put my time into making him a list of items, yet couldn't bother to take the time to reply back to me afterwards.
