Clean facilities, knowledgeable owner, great selection of free weights and machines
A good place for beginners to heavy lifters and silver sneakers,and help if you need ìt.
Called and left a message to the number listed on their website. Did not receive a call back, so stopped by to ask questions about the yearly family rates. Was told they no longer have a yearly plan. Explained this was on their website, if things had changed I wanted to get updated information. Gentleman was upset the site had not been updated. He said those were there before COVID. The only plan they have now is $25 per person per month. No long term, no deals for paying ahead, or having multiple individuals on one plan.
