The best mechanic shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Alex & Rafa's team took the time to determine what the root cause of my cars problems were, then went above and beyond fixing them. My car is running and looking better than when I bought it! I could not be happier with my experience and highly recommend their shop.
Anyone ever ask me about a good mechanic shop I send him to Route 66 . There’s a reason this shop is constantly growing because they do things right. Not an easy fix always honest estimate and options. This shop is our family’s go to place since they started. I highly recommend this shop. From oil changes to bigger jobs they got you covered.
We have been using Route 66 for 11 years now and Rafael is the best in the business. Very knowledgeable, thorough and reasonable. The only shop I recommend to family and friends.
Called before hand to inform what work I needed to be done to my car. Went in person and provided all personal info to only then be informed there’s a standard $75 charge even if there’s nothing wrong with the car. Kid working the front desk also had very poor customer service skills. Very odd experience.
They did good work for a fair price. Can't ask for much more than that. Will definitely go back for any of my other car needs.
