These guys are a God send! I haul cars and they came and got me, my truck and my car hauler at 6am on a Saturday. Then they stored my equipment until I was able to make arrangements to haul my equipment back to Georgia. Oh...and then my trailer rolled into a ditch and they came to help me in the evening. Absolutely recommend Route 66 for towing and repairs!
This is one of those places thats genuinely likes helping people. Friendly. Price was i thought extremely fair. Was in a bad way late on a Saturday and this guy got me an air compressor and got it changed! I think not many like this left.Places like this exemplifies the greatest in an American business here to help others!
I am a 64+ disabled woman and her companion dog we are NOMADIC and I recently bought a class C RV and I have had nothing but breakdowns, flat tires, and I needed a valve stem replaced on my rear outside tire ( dully ) no one would fix it for me and ROUTE 61 was my lifesaver and they had a full shop busy working on trucks and they took the time to help. Everyone there was so nice and caring.
*TRUCKERS* When accessing this location, please use exit 29B(61north). GPS might suggest exit 30, but that will run you through small town with ridiculous turns. Also, just when the street looks like it ends... Turn left and you'll see an old style stone house, continue past that and it opens up into Route 61 repair yard. Safe travels!
Honest good service!! Came in for a brake chamber, after Chad diagnose the chamber he advised me to just replace the diaphragm saving me a boatload of money! Thank you Chad!
