I am a 64+ disabled woman and her companion dog we are NOMADIC and I recently bought a class C RV and I have had nothing but breakdowns, flat tires, and I needed a valve stem replaced on my rear outside tire ( dully ) no one would fix it for me and ROUTE 61 was my lifesaver and they had a full shop busy working on trucks and they took the time to help. Everyone there was so nice and caring.

My pickup truck slid off the road into an embankment due to very icy conditions. Route 61 arrived within 20-30 mins and lifted my truck out of the situation. I got to drive away and return home safely. Chad had an amazing attitude given the situation. They provided fair and honest pricing. They will be my first call for any future issues.

*TRUCKERS* When accessing this location, please use exit 29B(61north). GPS might suggest exit 30, but that will run you through small town with ridiculous turns. Also, just when the street looks like it ends... Turn left and you'll see an old style stone house, continue past that and it opens up into Route 61 repair yard. Safe travels!

We need a tow truck for our truck. The first approach with the receptionist (Sue) was very nice. She was very sweet and helpful. Same for the tow truck's driver who arrive fast. Same also for Chad at the garage, we has very helpful and the job was done very quickly. Thank you from the yellow Western Star team!

I'm so happy you were chosen to be my roadside service. The white service truck showed up in less than 1 hour. My service tech listen to me and found the problem quickly. He then returned with a better than factory replacement part. Probably less than 2 hours from call to running again. He went by a nick name. Skippy I think. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
