I recently visited Route 6 Karaoke and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The waitress serving our table was not attentive and repeatedly forgot to refill our drinks. We often had to wait a long time and ask multiple times before receiving service. When we approached another staff member for assistance, we were simply told that he would inform the waitress and that she would take care of it, rather than helping us directly. Disappointed, the nachos were dry and tasteless chips, the margaritas and cosmo was terrible. Wouldn't go again
Went on Saturday for my son’s birthday. Food was decent and the music (Al) was fine, but the service was awful. The waitress was completely unprofessional and acted like serving us was a burden. Ruined the whole experience—won’t be back.
