Zach is a wonderful mechanic, and so kind and helpful, kept us informed on what he found wrong with our truck and fixed it with his wealth of knowledge, he put in a new turbo in our 2010 dodge so we’re good to go for many more miles. Would highly recommend him!
Excellent customer service straight forward with issues on anything I bring in to him. Good pricing and quick turn around.
Bad customer service. Had him work on my truck a few times, it broke down on me on a Sunday afternoon so I had it towed there. Couldn’t get ahold of him to let him know so left a voicemail letting him know. Tried to follow up this morning around 9am. Was called and yelled at because apparently that woke his kid up. Said he wouldn’t work on my vehicle ever again. Prices are decent but customer service needs a lot of TLC so be prepared if you plan to take a vehicle there. Paying customers shouldn’t be treated that way.
