knowledgable Not only does this shop do body work they do repairs as well. A great bunch of very knowledgable guys, prices are reasonable too. My car was looked over in less than a day!
Lizzie Wow! I was amazed to see any negative reviews about Route 6. These guys have been taking care of our cars for years and we've never had a problem with them. Our latest experience with them was tires--I thought I needed two new tires but they said I still had plenty of tread left. Since I had bought the tires there they rotated them for free and sent me on my way without charging me a dime! One other time they gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait for my repairs to be done. I call that service!
Bad Garage My family & I have been customers of Route 6 Auto for a very long time but recently this business is under new managment and I had my vehicle repaired there & was WAY overcharged for the services. I had some front end work done & was quoted 1 price & I understand my bill my differ in price alittle from the quote but this was way out of line. Over priced... Over priced.... questionable business practice. I had to get my Car towed for Brake line repair. I told them to call with a estimate because the car is old and not sure if I want to pay a ton for a repair. I give them a week, I call them back asking if they had a chance to look at it and the lady tells me yes we fixed it... "I say well I asked for an estimate first what is the cost" $487 wow the car is worth only 1400..... 333 in labor 65 for parts and 65 for the tow.
