Drove 2 hours each way only to be told they were closed for business due to electricity being out. However they still refused to sell a part even while using cash. 4 hours wasted without as much as an apology. Poor customer service.
Found the transmission I needed for a very good deal and with low mileage. Docked a star for how overwhelmingly full the area was, couldn’t get my truck and trailer out after loading the part.
Terrible customer service! The guy who answered the phone is insanely rude and seems like he doesn’t wanna be at his job because whenever you ask him if they have something, he gets all irritable. Never again.
