Pulled my Toyota in that was about to break down and they were able to help me on short notice. Gave us a ride home too!
Where to begin..brought in for inspection. Needed parking brake fixed to pass. They had me go hunt down my own parts.( If the mechanic can't find them why should I be able to?) He had my car for 4 days during which he complained to me that it was occupying his lift. I asked them to do an oil change as well, which they conveniently "forgot". We had such a wonderful experience with Dan at Route 5 Auto! We were in need of a second opinion after getting a ridiculously high quote from a local dealership for my fiance's Jeep. I heard great things about Dan, so I gave him a call to explain our situation. He took the car the next day, was able to do the work needed, and had it ready that same day!
