I had some body work done on my 2025 Corolla Cross recently and everyone in the service department was very helpful in making it a smooth process. They were all very friendly and helpful making me feel comfortable that the work would be done efficiently. I was very impressed with the job when it was done and would recommend the service department to anyone that needs their car serviced.
They take too long to do anything they could be doing a simple oil change and it's going to take around 2 or 3 hours
Did not complete the service paid for.
The buying experience was ok. But a month later I found that there is a $15 a month fee to use the Toyota app to turn the truck on and off. They talked about how great the app was but never mentioned a monthly fee. I traded in a ford. Fords app controls the same features at no cost.
