I went to many different shops trying to get my trailer fixed, but most of them were charging extremely high prices and saying it would take a long time to finish the job. Finally, I found Route 380 Truck and Trailer, and I’m really glad I did. They replaced my trailer bushings, brakes, and shocks, and the work was done professionally and honestly. I had my Flatbed-Trailer repaired after an accident, and the service was outstanding. The turnaround time was very quick, which is extremely important for my trucking business. He was professional, efficient, and the quality of the repairs was excellent. My trailer was back on the road fast and looks great. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and quick trailer repairs!
I had my trailer repaired here and the quality of work was very poor. The issues I paid to have fixed were not done correctly. When I returned to address the problems, the owner was resistant, dismissive, and showed no respect toward me as a customer. There was no accountability or willingness to stand behind the work. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this shop.
