I give 3 stars because I have used this place faithfully without incident, but today was a disappointment. The gentleman in front of me had his rear wiper ripped off by the automatic wash. He warned me to not use it but I pulled in anyway. After the first pass, I could see that my wiper had been pulled away from the glass. I immediately backed out and went to another self service bay to rinse off the car. I tried 3 out of the 4 bays before I finally found one that would work with my debit card. Do not buy the ultimate. The most expensive one. Its the same as the 10$ one with air dryer. I just went through and was hoping for the Hot Wax, but never got it.
