Very professional and caring services. I have had several prescriptions filled over some time as my needs have changed. This shop is very convenient and the styles are exactly what I was looking for. It is wonderful to have such a competent team just a few blocks from my home.
Beyond satisfied with Route 33 Eye Care. The staff were friendly and helpful. The optician was AMAZING! Super patient and skilled. I brought in my cousin who suffered a stroke years ago, and subsequently has dementia along with receptive and expressive aphasia; she cannot recognize letters, numbers, or shapes. The optician was so thoughtful with my cousin and completely adapted the typical eye exam to accommodate for the circumstances. I cannot sing their praises enough! The VA blinded my good (right) eye with a cataract operation. My left eye is hard to get a prescription for. This doctor gave me perfect vision in my left eye. And the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. She is my doctor for life! Everyone there are wonderful!
had an appointment at 11:00 doctor was talking to someone for 45 minutes set in the room no one came in an bring your 5 month baby crying that whole time stayed till 12:05 an left guess your zip code maters 21671 Tilghman place is a joke I will let everyone I know to go to Walmart much better service
Absolutely fantastic optometrist! The clinic is beautiful and the staff makes you feel comfortable with personalized care. The selection of frames for both eye glasses and sunglasses is phenomenal! They helped me select frames that best fit my prescription and face. I highly recommend!!! My 5 year old son also had an exam- Dr. Cooper knows how to perform pediatric exams in a way that keeps the kid happy and cooperative.
