This facility is beyond wonderful. Issa truly does care about customer service and the customer experience. His business practices make you want to return to him and him only. His expertise on cars is top tier, but he isn’t trying to rob your pocket, he’s an advocate for your auto mechanic needs. I brought my car to this shop on May 2nd so that they could change my alternator. I’ve had this car since October with 0 issues. I keep everything up to date, and make sure it’s maintained. After he fixed my alternator her came back into the shop to tell me my car had a radiator leak which was a bit confusing since I never had any issues with my radiator. Fast forward to today May 6th. My car completely shut off from being hot from the radiator leak which never has happened and I’ve had this car WITH 0 issues SINCE OCTOBER. ... read more
