I took my van to them today, because I believed I might need tire rods or rotors done. I don't remember the manager 's name but he was so warm and friendly over the phone and told me come on over. Once I got there he was friendly and understanding. He explained their process and I concurred. He called told me I only needed tires but could use brakes. All that sounded great. Radiator coolant issues on my wife's 2015 mercedes,, part was found that was cracked, part was ordered and replaced the next day along with a oil change and topped off fluids checked tire pressure and my wife was happy again. Thanks Route 30 Auto Care.
