I'd like to apologize to Issa and his team for not submitting a review years ago when I had my 1999 Chevy Malibu; he knows how much that car meant to me. I thought I had already submitted a review, but I can submit it now. I took my van to them today, because I believed I might need tire rods or rotors done. I don't remember the manager 's name but he was so warm and friendly over the phone and told me come on over. Once I got there he was friendly and understanding. He explained their process and I concurred. He called told me I only needed tires but could use brakes. All that sounded great. He didn't try to scam or over charge. Showed me pictures of the bad tires, told me I could prob get used tires but to be careful not to get a blowout. I ... read more
This was the best Auto shop I've ever been to. ISSA was very transparent with everything from the beginning to the end my new Auto shop.
Great place! Very clean and affordable. Highly recommend.
