Looked over a 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS. Paint had a good shine, not overdone, body lines looked straight. Interior felt fresh but not cheap. Fired right up, idle steady, no odd sounds. Took it for a short drive, pulls strong, brakes felt right. Paid around 58k. Not perfect, but solid where it matters.
Picked up a 1970 Ford Torino through Route 30 Auto. Looked it over when it arrived, checked the usual areas, nothing odd came up. Paint isn’t perfect but the car feels straight and honest. No chasing paperwork or calls either, just handled it and moved on.
Ended up with a 1968 Plymouth Satellite. Let it sit in the driveway for a bit before even starting it, just taking it in. Went through a few basics later, nothing concerning showed up. Took it out for a quiet drive and it felt steady, no weird surprises. It’s got age in it, but in a good way.
If you’re into classic cars like I am, these guys get it. Easy to talk to, they actually know what they’re selling. Found a Firebird for a good price and honestly bought it without even seeing it in person. Delivery went smooth, everything showed up just like they said. The Firebird is just… damn it =)
Great guys. They really know their way around classic cars.
