Called asked if they still did state inspections, they do. Guy on the phone said bring it in, we've got two certified inspectors hanging around, shouldn't take more than an hour. Drove up out of Beltsville, gave them the car, guy took me to a waiting room/waiting shed( I'm not complaining, it was out of the sun, had seating, and AC, good enough for me.)
