RecommendedI got some repair work done, and employees were wonderful. My insurance company was difficult, and Route 29 Kustoms worked through it. They got my repair done fast, so I wouldn’t have to pay for a loaner as long. I highly recommend Route 29 Kustoms!
Route 29 was contracted by Trinity Dodge in Taylorville to fix two body panels on a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica that had corrosion problems. When the van was returned both panels had numerous imperfections, including “fish eyes”, and places where dirt was on the panel when it was painted. The fact that this body shop felt their finished product was satisfactory is beyond respectable. Great service . Did a great job
Just had my van towed in to their place for an unknown problem. Towing fee was very reasonable. They diagnosed my problems and they saw that my transmission was repaired under my warranty. Honest & friendly!! I was treated well and I'm happy to be a new customer.
Got the run around on getting a fender repaired and was told I needed a new/used fender. I ended up buying a used a fender in Champaign and delivered it. Still couldn't get anyone to return my calls or give me an estimate after two weeks. I had the fender picked up and went to Springfield and two different auto body businesses told me the fender could be repaired with bondo and would look very good.
