The absolute worse…. With the exception of service writers, Rebekah and the gentleman that assisted the previous visits are sweet and professional. Unfortunately as I’ve been informed previously, they have no continuity in service dept management and none of these things are their fault, they have zero authority or ability to do anything. I do blame management wholeheartedly!! They’ve lost 3 sets of wheel locks on grandmothers car, 5 visits 3 times lock neglected to be bolted back on and had to pay for them every time….
