Fantastic service dept at Route 23 Nissan. Sam is a true service professional. Pleasant and professional, but clear about expectations while not being pushy about options. Great experience. Glad these guys are close by.
Service was prompt, the work was done correctly, I got a complimentary car wash. The service advisor was friendly, polite and professional.
I switched from going to route 46 Nissan to Route 23 Nissan and I couldn't be happier. Their service team is always very helpful, friendly, and professional! Today, Sam in the service department was especially helpful and took the time to sit down and go over my vehicle's inspection personally with me. I highly recommend!
Sami is very knowledgeable with what he does! Highly recommend!
