I recent had my vehicle towed and serviced at Route 23 Honda. My Honda had snapped an axle (which was aftermarket) and had to get towed. I had initially towed it to Garden State Honda, where I had purchased my vehicle, but they refused to service it. I then confirmed with this dealership that they'd be able to diagnose and fix my issue. They absolutely did, and found a few other issues that were unknown to me. AVOID this location for service issues!! We are on vacation from the Midwest, staying on Long Island and the Emissions System light came on when we were close to this facility. They ran an hour long diagnostics test and ordered the part. They said it is covered under extended warranty, but it would take a week to arrive. We scheduled an appointment and came back a week later. After waiting over an hour they said it was the wrong part, but they would have the correct part the next day.
