Tim in Service was the man!! Always appreciate the folks at Rt 23 Honda!
Very disappointing experience at Honda Route 23. I had an appointment at 10:15 AM, but the check-in process alone took about 20 minutes. I was told my car would be ready within a maximum of two hours, yet it’s been over that time and I’m still here waiting. This has been a complete waste of time. The check-in process is slow and very inefficient. I will not be coming back.
