I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and no less than 80 miles later, my engine started shaking and seized. Oil was was over the fill line and I put full blame on Route 23 Automall. My truck had no previous mechanical issues and was regularly maintained. The dealership took no responsibility. I recommend that if you have a vehicle that you genuinely care about, try not to bring it to Route 23 Automall.
Just bought a new car today and had a very smooth no hassle experience. Entire staff was very helpful and a big shoutout to both Brian and Scott Barna they were the shit!
This dealership is well run and the service department is great! They resolved both concerns about my vehicle in a timely manner.
