Brought my truck in for a recall on transmission, after it began slipping/shifting hard. They told me there was one active recall and one service bulletin and depending what codes the truck was throwing if the second thing would be covered or I would need to pay a diagnostic fee. After a couple days they called me and advised me that a transmission line was leaking and also that my transmission was shot and needed to be replaced at a price of just under $10,000. Terrible. They refused to do a mandatory recall repair despite me having photo evidence of the diagnostic codes. Instructed me to drive it again until it faulted though the recall was a safety issue that could cause loss of control of the truck while driving or disable the vehicle. Wouldn't tow the truck after it became disabled the 2nd time. Wouldn't provide a courtesy car while keeping the truck over 3 days (and counting) for a "couple hour" fix. Won't return calls or provide updates. Horrible process and experience.
