Went in to purchase a sectional. I found one for $1399. Asked one of the salesman if they were willing to work with me on price. I offered $1100 and was told that they could absolutely not budge on any prices in the store. He then said they’re the reason other furniture places go out of business in this area because they offer the cheapest prices and best customer service. What a joke.

I’m sorry Taylor but we don’t mark up merchandise 100% only to offer it at "sale" prices of 50% off. We offer the best price possible every day. No one wants “shady sales tactics.” We must make a profit to keep the doors open. You were asking for 20% off. We still need to deliver (switch is free) and service it if it does break. I just purchased a leather rocker recliner swivel chair, it’s so comfortable. Courteous staff, great delivery people. Worth the drive to heck them out... tell them Linda sent you. ��
I got an electric rocker recliner from 21 furniture and am well pleased. I Love my recliner. They treated me well. Delivered my chair and took my old one away. I had great service. Will highly recommend them to anyone who would need quality furniture and great service.
