I purchased my Nissan rogue in July 2024 my sales rep Jaime Palaquinay . I came in yesterday for my first check up 5000 miles and your service department and everybody was so wonderful. Jaime spent so much time going over all the options on the car with me once again. I would recommend your dealership to anyone and your service department seems to be fabulous. They washed my car And fix my app on my phone for me. Nothing but good things to say thank you again.
I got my car serviced on 2/15, and then I was left stranded on the side on the road on 2/17. The reason? The transmission. Now, I have been a loyal customer to Hasbrouck Heights and I fail to understand why I was never notified of a regular tune-up for the transmission. I did a pretty big job on my last visit that cost me roughly $3,500 and never brought up. Before I paid, I asked the advisor "If I pay this and do the job, will my car run for a while?".
