After my 3rd knee surgery, my physical therapist recommended going to get an orthotic made by Superfeet from Route 16. I was hesitant to go, but knew I needed it. Not only was I treated with respect, but they took the extra time to go over what would be the best type of shoe, inside & out, for me due to a variety of health issues I have. Great owners and team who really take the time to educate you and answer your questions. They offer a lot more than just a place to buy running shoes and gear.
I walked in intending to be overcharged for some super exquisite pair of running shoes for my 10 year old who was experiencing ankle pain while running. What I got instead was a very in depth education on why his ankles hurt and many different options to remedy it. I was able to purchase a reasonably priced shoe that fixed his problems. I was so happy with the customer service that I purchased a pair of shoes for myself as well. We will be return customers. Thanks!
