Got a brand new jeep wrangler from them and everything was fine. All the employees were nice and respectful but as soon as I signed and walked out the door that all that changed. It started with paperwork, it was late they we closing so the salesman said I’ll email you the paperwork ok np. A week goes by and I call, 2 days go by so I call again, another day goes by so the the salesman gives me his cell phone number and I text him my email address and I still received no paperwork. I purchased a certificates Jeep from them last year. Had it for a week and the water pump went they replaced it. Not even a year later and the water pump goes again. I would not recommend anyone using this service department they are rude and they have no idea what’s going on

On March 24, 2025, I called Route 130, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram, (CDJR) parts department about purchasing an EGR value. The manager, Chris advised me of the cost. I attempted to pay over the phone by credit card but was informed I had to go in. Chris explained that he could not prove the credit card belonged to me. I drove to the dealership, where Chris went over the cost of the items and told me that special order parts were not refundable. I agreed to make the purchase.
