I own a Ford Transit 350, and I use Route 11 for all of my service. I'm very pleased with the service overall. Sometimes the van is there longer than I planned, but they usually communicate "why". The people are awesome.

"TAKEN FOR A RIDE," tl;dr: Inspections are not lucrative enough for Rt. 11 Trucking- take your business elsewhere! A textbook predatory mechanic. I've been fooled by this business twice now, and it will not be happening again. I find it particularly sad to see one business taking advantage of another in our small North Country community. To my knowledge, this is the only garage within 60+ miles of me that is certified to perform inspections on vehicles over 10,000 lbs... they certainly use that fact to their advantage.
