If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Hoping that this review might help another woman avoid this HORRIBLE place. Judging by the other reviews, if you're a dude, you'll get your car back in a timely fashion with top tier attention to detail and workmanship... however if you're a woman, you may wait 4 months for a "4 day job" to get your vehicle back, and STILL have issues you need to pay someone else to fix. I Have a 2016 Jetta that came into multiple problems all at once! Timing, coil packs sensors you name it! I first took my vehicle to A different auto shop and they were completely unable to do anything more than my oil change and inspection…..😩 But then I called Route 100 euros and the owner and employees were knowledgeable and open with any problems that needed fixed , so much transparency it was really comforting as a single mom to know how helpful and kind and timely they were with my car! 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great mechanic around, this is the guy to go to! Had my 2016 volkswagen GTI in for service, got the timing chains, water pump, rear suspension and a few other things done for me in a quick amount of time and had very reasonable pricing compared to a lot of other places, especially the dealership. Will be going back for service here in the future
I had previously did a clutch job and performance upgrades on my GTI and didn't install it correctly, not only did Michael fix my issue in a day, he informed me of everything I needed to know before I took it. This man is genuine and now gains my trust, respect and gratitude.
