It has a nice atmosphere, the staff are friendly and helpful. It's clean, bright and cheerful. Large variety of choices. The Italian wedding soup was exceptional.

There is a young woman who serves within this location. She is the face of Rt. 1 Diner in the greatest present representation of customer service, here in NJ restaurant service. If I was the general manager, I would give her a 48% raise. The amazing breakfast, ensures that my trip tomorrow will be very memorable due to the exceptionally amazing experience that I’ve encountered today. Thank you Rt. 1 Diner for your continued breakfast services. Much appreciated! When in Jersey, I will be back.
