Sucks ass.. sit there 7hrs before they decided to let me put my loaded trl in the door and hook up to our empty....won't go back there... SUCKS ASS
The fact of the matter is that if you don't have to go here don't. They continue to buy product but they have no room to put it. My average wait time here has been about 3 to 4 hours continually. You're will consistently get the run-around about having somebody unload your truck.
I am told a delivery time by Dispatch and get there before delivery time and after sitting for 4 hours I get ahold of someone and they say still waiting on room and I asked about delivery time and they say they don't have any scheduled times. So with being in a day cab I have to find a motel cause I run out of hours. I called about 430 am today and talked with reliever and he said if you get here now I can get you a door but no guarantee on how long. I was in he damn door 15 min. As a driver all I can say is that it's hit and miss there. You may get in and out in an hour or it may be 3 or 4 hours. The last time I was here my appt was 11pm. They didn't put me in the dock door until 6am. And the thing is the dock was vacant from 2am to 6am.
