Excellent service reçu aujourd’hui après un bris mécanique de notre Vanagon 1987 à Miramichi. Nous avons dû dormir dans le stationnement du concessionnaire et avons été rapidement pris en charge ce matin malgré un horaire chargé des mécaniciens! Grâce à eux, les vacances se poursuivent!! Merci à Nick et son équipe pour la réactivité et le professionnalisme. Nous sommes ravis et reconnaissants!

Had a refundable deposit on a car for almost 2 years, and when it was ready I requested my deposit back because my needs had changed. These guys tried telling me that "refundable" meant it was refunded only when I purchased the car. WHAT? That's the OPPOSITE of what refundable means. Had to get VW Canada to force them to refund me. Bunch of crooks.
