I have been stopping in and buying items here for several years. Very nice small, family owned RV dealer. The staff here is very very friendly and knowledgeable. A few years ago I had a very long conversation with a young lady at the counter about TPMS as I was considering purchasing one. Great experience!! This was my 1st service appt. at Rousseau's & I could not be more pleased with the entire team. Laura is exceptional, she is knowledgeable & has great customer service skills. The service was done efficiently and with in the quoted time. Owning an RV is not always easy, especially finding a reliable trustworthy shop. I highly recommend Rousseau's for your next service.
6/2025 $1,923.00 for 4 tires,awning and 45 minutes on doing nothing with the slide and lied about trying to work on it and adjust the tension wires on slide. The service person laurie was rude and had a sour pus on her face when i said i was skeptical on paying for supposedly time spent on slide out,but after talking to the service guy he couldn't give me an answer whether he adjusted the tension wires or not,i got i might have and laurie added 75 dollars for a half hour supposedly spent on slide out and i had already gotten... read more
Rousseau’s is hands down the greatest. I own a mobile rv repair business. I went to Rousseau’s in search of a very odd breaker that Keystone has switched to. The entire staff hadn’t even heard of these new idiotic breakers. One of the owners came to the showroom and escorted me into a similar rv and he removed a breaker from an older model and if it would’ve fit. We have a 1995 Shasta RV that needed an awning replaced and the water heater looked at. We also had them look at our a.c. unit because it was the original and wasn’t blowing cold air. Awning replacement with the membrane, new a.c. unit and a quick fix for the water heater cost less than Camping World’s price quote for the a.c. only.
