More than meets the eye. The place has awesome staff, they know what they have and what you need, they are not flipping burgers then telling you haw to install a light switch, this is their profession, they know it. Selection is great they have way more than you think packed into that place, and the prices are more than fair. Not get you through the door and gouge on what you really need like the box stores. Worst customer service.......EVER – I brought in two chainsaw chains to be sharpened. I dropped them off, and was told they would be done in a week. I week and 4 days later, I drop buy to pick them up. They aren't back from their other facility yet. The employee asked "Did you get a call from us?" No - but the chains should have been finished a few days ago. "When they come in we always give you a call." Ok then. A gem that makes Westerville what it is "Crow's Nest" for an employee to direct you where you need to go as you get through the door. I jokingly say "they have one of everything", which is true 90% of the time. I have shopped there since Shrock road was two lanes (25 years ago) and the town was dry. I shop with my dog on leash and I am not asked to leave (as long as she behaves). They are employee owned which means good service is a MUST in the era of the big box stores. I NEVER have trouble finding help.
Much better than getting help at a large warehouse store – I've always had good service and advise from the employees. The very seldom do not have what I'm looking for. Asking questions of the staff usually gets good results. If you know what you need to do but are unsure of how to go about doing it, they will help you find what you need.
THEY GREET YOU AND POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR YOUR NEEDS. HELPFUL STAFF AND VERY INFORMATIVE.
Friendly service, and they have just about anything you would need to work around the house.

Plenty of expert staff to help you with your project – I have been using Roush Hardware in Westerville as my main source of supplies and advice since moving to Westerville in 1977.
