This shop is a gem. Helpful and honest people here. Michelle was great to work with and even sourced specialty parts for the job. Brandon is very experienced and spent extra time to make sure things were right. Highly recommended!
Michelle and Brandon make one hell of team! Brandon replaced the transmission in my truck and Michelle kept me up to date the whole time. Their original quote was dead on and they got it done in half the time they thought it would take. Not only will I be a customer for life, I highly recommend them to anyone else looking for an honest, dependable and locally owned shop!
Fabulous experience!! I didn't have a single problem. The price Michelle quoted me was accurate, the truck fixed on time per the quote, and they were super easy to work with. I received progress update text messages along the way including a picture of the failed part, so I knew exactly what went wrong. Hands down I will always take my diesel vehicles to Roush!!!
Good mechanics are hard to come by. Finding one that is knowledgeable with everything from the mechanics of the engine to the brakes, wheel alignment, emissions and even the electrical wiring? Impossible right? NOPE…Brandon is the real deal. He came highly recommended to me after many trial and error experiences and I understand why.
