Highly Recommend too! Very Nice and told me like it was. A very busy Company not only for pumping septic tanks. I later learned of the restrictions the State of NC has on pumping tanks and where the poop goes after that!! Worth getting on their list! I had LPP system installed that included inspections from the county. Later had topsoil delivered at another location with excellent satisfication.
No Customer Service I called them to get someone to look at our septic system because we were having alot of drain problems. They didn't show up the day they were supposed to so I called back the following day and was told they would be out that day. They never showed up that day either nor did they call me to try to reschedule. Would not call these people again for anything!
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Unbelievably rude! The woman in the office has zero customer service skills and they really must not need the business to think anyone would tolerate such ignorance. The 1st time we called no call back for days. We called again and quickly realized this is not someone you want to do business with-ever. I would be lead to believe they had to write the recommendations below themselves to off set the true one at the bottom.

I Highly Recommend Them! The owner of the company arrived at my house on time. He was very professional, very personable, and turned out to be a very funny guy. I enjoyed meeting him and chatting with him. He was very efficient in his work and very knowledgeable when it came to the problems I was having with my septic system (roots - I now hate roots!). I would highly recommend him and will certainly call him the next time we need our tank pumped.
