I had a receipt that became damaged that I needed in order to get reimbursed for work, I asked the customer service department for help to get a new receipt. My receipt was too damaged to get any type of information off of it. I gave them my phone number and contact info, and the next day they were able to get me a new receipt! They went way above and beyond expectations to help me, I greatly appreciate it!
I went in today and asked about the shrimp plate for $6.99, the manager seemed annoyed I was bothering her! And then she went to the back by the fryers and began to grip and the 2 young men as if it was there fault! She needs to be more professional then to chew them out! You are a leader! Lead by example! And I tried to call and speak to the store manager but the phone hung up!!
