There are few mechanics like Jim. Honest and reliable, does exactly what is needed and keeps his promises. Rouse's is one of the rare shops that is reminiscent of a time when you had a neighborhood mechanic that everyone trusted.
Jim and his team did a fantastic job repairing my Audi Q5. I brought it to him with an emissions inspection problem. Although there was a small miscommunication about the pick up window, Jim went above and beyond with the repair to my amazement! I'm thrilled with the job that he did, and I would definitely take my car back here, especially regarding any emissions test problems. Thank you, Jim!
So old school it's new school. Professional, timely - and surprisingly personable. I had a very minor job – won't say just how minor – but not something I could do without lifts. Called midday on a Friday and came in, per instructions, @ 3.00 pm – obviously toward the end of what I'm guessing, because of all the cars and hustle I saw in the shop, was a very busy day at the end of very busy work week - when cars need to be DONE before the weekend when the shop is closed.
