Everything was outstanding! I had steak frites and it was cooked perfectly! The rolls were AMAZING! Our waiter was very accommodating.
This place was amazing! Most incredible food I’ve ever had. The rolls are divine. The crockets are out of this world. The steak was cooked perfectly. I loved everything about this place. The restaurant and hotel are actually beautiful. And the whole staff was kind and inviting. 10/10 recommend.
Can’t express enough gratitude to the hostess Miriam and manager Irfan for their kindness and helpfulness during our stay. Both went out of their way to help provide an exceptional experience. My wife is unable to dine in public due to health complications and Miriam arranged to have some of the famous Parker House rolls sent to our room. This was an unexpected surprise that highlights how well Rouser takes care of guests. Thank you Miriam! Thank you Irfan! You made a stressful time a little more bearable.
What a fantastic eatery ! Visiting from Texas and of all the restaurants we ate at,none could ever compare to Rousers
We did the chef's table tasting menu. It was nice, but having the chef cook the tasting menu in front of you while also having to cook the other stuff caused her to be distracted, and she overcooked the meats that were served to us. Disappointing. If you're gonna be artisan, the food coming out should be artisan quality. Not "oops I forgot this on the grill, but I'm gonna serve it to you anyway. Et voila."
